We are confident that you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase.
In the event that you are not happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange the item(s) within 7 business days of your order delivery date. We will not accept any return or exchange items beyond 7 business days of your order delivery date.
No refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. We will issue store credit only.
In the event that you receive a defect item(s), please contact us via email within 2 business days of your order delivery date. Please sent inquiries to firstname.lastname@example.org - please allow us 1 to 2 business days to respond.
Please note that once an order has been placed, it can not be cancelled or modified.
All accessories (bracelets, earrings, necklaces, rings, watches and sunglasses) as well bodysuits and all sale items are FINAL SALE, and may not be returned or exchanged.
All apparel maybe returned for store credit only.
All apparel must be unworn, free of stains and scents such as detergent, perfumes, cigarette smoke, etc.
All apparel must have the original tags still attached.
If you desire to exchange your item(s) for a different size, you must first return the unwanted item to us in the same condition that you received it. After we receive, inspect and approve your item, we will send you an email notification regarding your store credit. Once you receive your store credit, you may use it to purchase your desired size.
